Zuzana Žilincová

Zuzana is an attorney at law at BDM Legal where she specializes in mergers & acquisitions, real estate and public procurement. Zuzana further specializes in project financing, labour law and litigation.

She has been involved in several premium projects, which mainly included acquisitions, and advising clients on corporate and labour law issues. Zuzana was one of the key members of the team providing legal services to a foreign investor in the acquisition of the dominant Slovak electricity producer.

Zuzana is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Law. Zuzana participated in the Socrates-Erasmus Program at Universita Bicocca in Milan, Italy, focusing on international law.

Previously she worked for over four years for Weinhold Legal and for local law offices (Dedak & Partners and Mgr. Margita Medveczká).

Zuzana is a member of the Slovak Bar Association (Slovenská advokátska komora).

Zuzana is fluent in Slovak, Czech and English and has a working knowledge of Italian, Spanish and Polish.
