Martin Dobák

Martin is an attorney at law at BDM Legal who is primarily specialized in real estate, mergers & acquisitions and commercial and contract law. His focus also comprises IT/IP, insolvency and corporate restructuring.

Martin has gained extensive experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, in particular, in various privatisation projects and direct brown and green field investment projects. Moreover, he has been involved in many projects related to general corporate issues and IT/IP.

Martin is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Law.

Prior to forming BDM Legal, Martin worked for more than five years for Weinhold Legal and subsequently for over a year for Dedak & Partners. Martin also gained experience in the Slovak law firm Aliancia advokátov and held internships in Hungary and the Netherlands.

Martin is a member of the Slovak Bar Association (Slovenská advokátska komora).

Martin is fluent in Slovak, Czech and English.
