Branislav Bučko

Branislav is an attorney at law at BDM Legal where he specialises in corporate law, civil law and banking and finance. Branislav also has extensive experience in competition, administrative law and litigation.

Branislav is an experienced lawyer, who has worked on various projects involving premium acquisitions, banking and finance and real estate projects.

Branislav is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Law.

Before his partnership in BDM Legal, Branislav worked for more than five years for Weinhold Legal and subsequently for over a year for Dedak & Partners. He also gained worthy practical experience working in the legal department of the Bratislava Stock Exchange and in the law office of Uhlír, Homola and partners in Prague.

Branislav is a member of the Slovak Bar Association (Slovenská advokátska komora).

Branislav is fluent in Slovak, Czech and English.
