Who we are
BDM Legal is a new player on the Slovak legal market. The firm was established in 2008 by three partners – Branislav Bučko, Martin Dobák and Zuzana Žilincová, who have remarkable professional experience originating from their cooperation with international and Slovak law offices, providing legal advisory to both international and local clients.
BDM Legal has an office in Bratislava and it cooperates and continuously develops close working relationships with leading law offices in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Germany, Spain and other important jurisdictions.

BDM Legal has vast experience in, and thus a natural focus on, providing legal services primarily in the areas of real estate, M&A and company law.
